Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused, in the original condition received, and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Eligible Returns:
- All grains can be returned, provided they meet the conditions outlined above.
- Specialized or custom-order commodities will be reviewed in line with the terms outlined in the contractual agreement.
Non-returnable items:
- Any products that have undergone alteration or tampering not due to our oversight.
To initiate a return, proof of purchase is required (such as an invoice or receipt).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly and applied to your original payment method. Processing time may vary.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Products showing slight signs of use or wear.
- Damaged goods not resulting from our error.
- Returns initiated beyond the standard 30-day window, subject to evaluation.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, we recommend the following steps:
- Confirm the status with your financial institution or payment processor.
- Contact your bank for clarification on processing times.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us via email at Afonso@masolagriverde.com. The exact port of delivery will be provided for any returns or exchanges.
Shipping Returns
For returns, please ship your product to the port of delivery specified by us during the return process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. These costs are non-refundable, and if eligible for a refund, shipping fees will be deducted.
Depending on your location, shipping and exchange timelines may vary. For high-value shipments, we recommend using insured or trackable shipping services to ensure the product reaches us securely.
